Our team has recognized expertise in domestic and international commercial arbitration. We act for clients at every stage of the arbitral process, from drafting arbitration agreements and developing pre-dispute strategies through to the recognition, enforcement and challenge of arbitral awards.
We regularly act in arbitrations under the rules of leading arbitral institutions, including the ICC, SCC, JAMS and ICSID, as well as in ad hoc arbitrations.
Our practice also extends to post-award proceedings, including the recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards, set-aside proceedings before the competent courts, and appeals against orders granting recognition and enforcement. This integrated approach enables us to provide clients with seamless representation in France and across jurisdictions.

- Representing a Euronext-listed company in ICC arbitration concerning claims brought by its former Chief Executive Officer relating to the exercise and valuation of preferred shares
- Representing a cryptocurrency investor in a JAMS arbitration concerning the fraudulent misappropriation of crypto-assets prior to the liquidation of a cryptocurrency trading platform
- Representing a Canadian construction company in two parallel ICC arbitrations against, respectively, a subcontractor and a Senegalese state-owned entity in connection with the client’s compensation claims (Senegal)
- Representing a Spanish pharmaceutical distributor in an ICC arbitration arising from the supplier’s unilateral termination of a distribution agreement (Switzerland)
