{"id":521,"date":"2026-01-28T08:58:20","date_gmt":"2026-01-28T08:58:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cartiermeyniel.com\/collaborateurs\/hugo-deloche\/"},"modified":"2026-07-10T08:47:19","modified_gmt":"2026-07-10T08:47:19","slug":"hugo-deloche","status":"publish","type":"collaborateurs","link":"https:\/\/cartiermeyniel.com\/en\/collaborateurs\/hugo-deloche\/","title":{"rendered":"Hugo Deloche"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Admitted to the New York Bar in November 2025 and to the Paris Bar in June 2026, Hugo Deloche focuses his practice on international arbitration and acts in court proceedings before the French and U.S. courts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He acts as counsel in commercial arbitration proceedings, often involving cross-border disputes, conducted under the rules of the leading arbitral institutions, including the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alongside his practice, Hugo is a PhD candidate preparing a doctoral thesis on the protection of human rights in international arbitration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hugo also teaches private law, including contracts, torts and civil procedure, at <em>Paris-Panth\u00e9on-Assas<\/em> University and ESSEC Business School.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He completed his legal training with leading international law firms, including Dechamps International Law (Buenos Aires), Gide (London) and Gaillard Banifatemi Shelbaya (Paris).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hugo joined Cartier Meyniel in October 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hugo works fluently in French, English and Spanish.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Admitted to the New York Bar in November 2025 and to the Paris Bar in June 2026, Hugo Deloche focuses his practice on international arbitration and acts in court proceedings before the French and U.S. courts.
