{"id":514,"date":"2026-01-28T09:16:24","date_gmt":"2026-01-28T09:16:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cartiermeyniel.com\/collaborateurs\/lisa-vivent\/"},"modified":"2026-07-09T13:51:23","modified_gmt":"2026-07-09T13:51:23","slug":"lisa-vivent","status":"publish","type":"collaborateurs","link":"https:\/\/cartiermeyniel.com\/en\/collaborateurs\/lisa-vivent\/","title":{"rendered":"Lisa Vivent"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Admitted to the Paris Bar, Lisa focuses her practice on civil and commercial litigation, as well as domestic and international arbitration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">She advises and represents French and international clients at both the pre-litigation and litigation stages, particularly in relation to contract law (including breach of contract and contractual liability, termination, hardship, fraud), commercial law (including termination of established commercial relationships, distribution and unfair competition), corporate law (including post-acquisition disputes, shareholder and corporate governance disputes, directors&#8217; liability and shareholder activism), and sale and purchase disputes (including option agreements, lack of conformity, latent defects and defective products).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lisa also assists the firm&#8217;s clients in court-appointed expert proceedings involving highly technical matters across a range of sectors, including construction, information technology, financial services and transport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As a member of the ESG Commission of <em>Paris Place du Droit<\/em>, Lisa has a particular interest in the emerging liability risks faced by companies and corporate executives in connection with ESG regulation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Before joining the firm in January 2026, Lisa practiced for eight years with Ashurst LLP in Paris.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lisa works fluently in both French and English.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Admitted to the Paris Bar, Lisa focuses her practice on civil and commercial litigation, as well as domestic and international arbitration.
